If you have seen the pet psychic on Animal Planet then you have witnessed what an animal communicator does. A primary goal of animal communication is to help all species co-exist in greater understanding, co-operation and happiness. All species are spiritual beings: this awareness of animals as intelligent beings with a spiritual essence is central to the ease in which animals communicate and increases their willingness to understand and change in positive directions. With or without physical contact, communication is psychic or telepathic, with feelings, intentions, thoughts, concepts and/or mental pictures. This communication is reciprocated by the animals and translated into words for human understanding. Animal Communication Sessions are comments and/or questions for your animal companion. Examples of things that can be communicated are: Letting your companion animal know you will be traveling and want to inform them; human or animal company may be visiting; a new family member is arriving; or the loss of a pet or other loved one. Animal health and training and behavioral issues may also be addressed. How It Works: An appointment time is set by phone or email. Prior to the appointment the client must send the communication questions and/or comments, name and description of the animal, a picture (optional, but preferred), and payment either by internet and/or mail. At the appointed time, the client calls 650-712-0237 to set the intention of the call. At this time, Donna will review any questions she has concerning the contents of the communication to ensure she is sending the most accurate information to your companion animal. Once clear, Donna will have you state the animal's name three-times out loud and then have you hang up the phone yet be mindfully present. She will converse with the animal and then call you back (unless it is an international call) to discuss the communication. If the communication is mostly comments to the animal approximately 7 -10 comments can be translated. If the communication is mostly questions, 5-7 questions can be covered during a one hour session which includes the communication with the human client too. TELLINGTON TTOUCH EDUCATION SESSION The Tellington TTouch is a gentle and effective way to work with animals to improve behavior and/or increase an animal's willingness and ability to learn. It is not considered animal massage - it actually works on the body's neurological system. Sessions are in person, one on one. A stuffed animal will be provided for training purposes. A minimum of four specific touches will be covered. TELLINGTON TTOUCH ANIMAL BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION SESSION The TTouch Behavior Session is a hands-on session with your animal companion. This session uses a combination of specific touches, lifts, and movement exercises to enable the animal to easily learn new behaviors. It is particularly useful for training and behavioral issues: barking, leash pulling, jumping, chewing, aggressive behavior, fear of loud noises but is also beneficial for ease with grooming , nail trimming, and dental care, as well as support with arthritis and recovery from surgery. TELLINGTON TTOUCH EDUCATION WORKSHOPS A Classroom setting. Work with others in class and stuffed animals. Workshops Offered: 1) Basic 2) Elderly Pets 3) Cats 4) Dogs THERAPEAUTIC ANIMAL MASSAGE/BODYWORK This gentle hands-on focused touch to muscles eases tension and relaxes the body of your animal companion. Animal massage relieves pain by increasing blood flow to the muscles and increases circulation which strengthens the muscles and restores flexibility. COMPANIONSHIP VISIT Personal one on one time with animal for feeding, walking, and/or visiting. REIKI An ancient system of natural healing that works with the innate body wisdom of the animal. Reiki is administered with a light touch of the hands on various parts of the body in a pattern that promotes optimum energy balancing. AROMATHERAPY Enhance any session by adding the uplifting benefits of aromatherapy experienced through the inhalation of essential oils and flower essences. Donna and the animal select the aromas which will be most beneficial to the animal for the session.
